What occurs post my purchase?
After your purchase is final, you'll be directed to our site for rapid account registration on our platform. Following that, you'll need to disclose your WoW account login credentials. We will then input your order into our system, ready for our expert boosters to begin boosting. Typically, this entire operation doesn't exceed five minutes.
Who will boost my account?
An expert player, with at least a Heroic Raid level or higher, will handle your account. Your order could potentially be undertaken by a Mythic Raid level player. We thoroughly verify potential boosters' levels before onboarding them. Additionally, we impose stern conduct rules for our boosters, forbidding any toxic behavior towards clients or during gameplay. Unauthorized interactions with a client's friends list are strictly off-limits.
What's your refund protocol?
We initiate a full refund if a client seeks it prior to the order's onset. If the boost has already initiated, we offer a partial refund equivalent to the progress achieved.
Is a ban possible?
We've not encountered bans associated with WoW elo boosting thus far. If this scenario alters, we will modify this section accordingly.
What's the duration of the boosting procedure?
Boosting timeframe fluctuates based on elements like desired level and number of raids. For boosts below Heroic Raid, we typically elevate one raid tier daily. Larger boosts usually hasten towards the conclusion due to potent MMR growth. Duo boosts might take longer because of the required coordination between both gamers.
Can I direct my booster to play specific characters?
Definitely, you can! However, this could extend the boosting procedure due to its complex character. On the bright side, we don't bill extra for this!
How is your support service managed?
Our support services operate seven days a week. We can be contacted through various mediums including our Facebook Page, FB Messenger, email, or a dedicated chat with your assigned manager during the boost. While we aren't a 24/7 service, we strive to respond as promptly as possible. Generally, our response time ranges from minutes to hours, but occasionally it could extend to 8-10 hours under certain conditions.
What if I wish to switch my booster?
If you desire to change your booster for any reason, you can do so by pausing your order within your customer area. This action makes your order available to be assigned to another booster. If you suspect that your allocated booster isn't meeting our service standards or behaving properly, we strongly advise reaching out to our support team.
Can I interact with my friends during the boost?
Absolutely, our boosters are well-trained and acknowledge the significance of maintaining communication during the boost. If there are any messages needing forwarding or replying to, our boosters can manage this for you upon request.
Do you offer a loyalty program and how does it function?
Yes, we do run a loyalty program. Post your initial purchase, you'll receive a promotional code and a discount. You can learn the specifics of the loyalty program and your current tier in the customer area.
